Etihad Airways' latest group of Emirati trainee managers has commenced training at the airline's headquarters in Abu Dhabi. The seven men and four women, who come from across the United Arab Emirates, will spend the next 21 months training on the graduate management development programme. This involves a nine month workplace orientation in key Etihad departments, followed by a six month placement with a specified team. The group members are: Ahmad Al Yousuf, Khalid Al Midhwahi, Ghanim Al Falasi, Khalid Al Marzooqi, Ghanim Al Muhairi, Abdalla Al Raeesi, Mohammad Al Banna, Meead Al Hammadi, Fatima Al Kharousi, Maisam Darwish and Athba Al Gergawi. James Hogan said, “The Etihad Airways Emiratisation programme continues to grow at an impressive rate. We are proud to welcome the fourth group of graduate manager trainees to the airline who will follow in the footsteps of our first group, which graduated earlier this year and are now deployed in posts across the airline.
